In all seriousness, BC knows next to nothing about why we do what we do.
There are so many other snarky things I have started to type in response to this but I keep thinking better of it and deleting them. Suffice it to say it’s my job to hire the best people for the books, and I plan to do that.
Never understood why a legitimate business would rather alienate an audience or whatever instead of expanding.
Really, every effort should be made to employ white males, exclusively, if possible.
